Band Programs: If you would like to enrol your child in your school’s band program and music lessons, please fill out and submit our online Band and Lesson Enrolment Form.

String Ensembles: If you would like to enrol your child in your school’s string ensemble and music lessons, please fill out and submit our online String Ensemble Enrolment Form.

Music Lessons: If you would like to register your child in private music lessons only, please fill out and submit our online Band and Lesson Enrolment Form.

Renew your enrolment

If you would like to renew or cancel your child’s enrolment in your school’s band program, string ensemble and/or music lessons, please fill out and submit our online Renew/Cancel Enrolment Form.
